💦WATERFRONT HOME! Discover our newly renovated retro-themed retreat on a peaceful canal at Kings Bay. 🔴BOAT SLIP with trailer parking. 🔴KAYAKS (one tandem and 2 singles ( 2 youth available upon request), 🔴CHARCOAL GRILL 🔴FISHING POLES. 🔴BICYCLES (1man, 2 womens). Fort Island beach, highly rated golf course, air boating, swimming with manatees, snorkeling and diving are all less than 5 minutes away. And don’t forget scallop season! The canal's depth varies throughout the year. During the summer months, the lowest tide will allow a 2 1/2-3' depth and can get even lower in the winter months. Pontoons and flat bottom boats are best.

KITCHEN/LIVING
This kitchen includes all the cookware and appliances you need to make a meal, but the real treat is our bright blue retro fridge. Our guests will have fun with the fondu pot or making use of our vintage popcorn bowls while watching a movie on our comfy couch. Next, enjoy listening to some old and new records on our record player and definitely don't miss out on our oh so fun gum ball machine! Board games and playing cards are available too.

A stackable washer/dryer is in the kitchen area. Detergent and dry sheets are provided.

BATHROOM
The spacious retro-tiled single bathroom has vanity storage, shelves and several towel hooks.

BEDROOMS
In addition to a comfy bed with extra pillows and linens, each room has a wall mounted Roku TV, individual bed lamps and phone chargers. The large closets include a dresser, hangers, storage shelf and hampers. The queen bedroom also has a single trundle bed and a self-inflating twin mattress with sheets and blanket in closet.

😎OUTSIDE

Use our poles to fish right from the backyard, launch the kayaks and enjoy the convenience of the boat slip. The boat slip for the property is located on the vacant lot next door and will fit up to a 25' in length. Watch out for the manatee, otters and turtles that love our canal!

Guest access
Guests will have access to all spaces inside home. Outside spaces include deck, backyard, boat slip and shared kayak launch. Our unique home is a duplex, but backyard spaces are separated by a fence. The shared kayak launch is directly in the middle of both backyards and will be accessible to parties staying on each side of the duplex.

CLEANING
We hope to pride ourselves in making our home safe and clean for our guests. Our expert cleaners impose a detailed process of disinfecting and sanitizing all linens and rooms after each guests stay. 🧹🧼 Our mattresses are also fully protected. Please let us know prior to your booking if you have concerns regarding personal allergies. 😊

PEST CONTROL
Our home is professionally treated for pests on a quarterly basis, and we can provide you with this updated certificate upon request. Our neighborhood is often sprayed for mosquitoes and noseeums, but bring mosquito spray in case you need it.

CAMERAS
We have motion sensitive recording devices set up in 2 locations. The front door/driveway and deck/backyard.

We will provide recommendations to restaurants, outdoor activities, places to shop and visit before arrival if requested. Otherwise, a guidebook will be available to you during your stay. ⛱️ 🍽️ 🤿.🔴
