About this property

Beautiful home recently renovated with privacy on the golf course and a swim spa as well. What more do you need to enjoy a stay in the Villages? Oh, I didn’t mention the golf cart and a great location.

The master bedroom has a king bed and walk in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle.

We furnished this home to enjoy in our retirement a few years from now, so it’s all new and beautiful. The lanai is large and overlooks the golf course with a heated swim spa and a covered area to enjoy the wonderful Florida outdoors and the sunset view..

We are close to Sumter Landing, many restaurants and shopping along 466. The kitchen renovations include a central walnut island, (that I built), with a quartz countertop, gas cooktop with an overhead hood and electric oven. The other cabinets have all the kitchen supplies you will need to enjoy dining in. There are several ways to make coffee. We have a Keurig, drip and pour over coffee makers.

The dining room is set up to seat 4 comfortably, however the kitchen chairs can be brought in to seat 6 as well. There is a gas grill and a golf cart provided (2 seats) for your enjoyment.

The swim spa is heated by solar panels and a gas heater that you may set the temperature. The maximum temperature is around 104 deg. There is a swim jet at the far end and spa jets at the 6 seats as well

The Villages requires a Lifestyle ID for access to golf tee times and the sports pools. This can be purchased from the Villages for $50 and includes two people. Please let the host know if you would like to obtain this ID. It takes a few days to process the application, so please plan ahead.

Perfect Villages’ stay!

Our hosts, Nancy and Randy, were great and answered our questions in a timely and detailed manner. The house was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect for everything we needed and more. Thanks for an excellent vacation.

Summary

Randy was very professional and thorough. The home was clean and fully stocked. We appreciate having a golf cart although we only used it once since it is a two seater and we had four guests.

Villages Dream

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Nancy and Randy’s home. They are tremendous hosts, extremely responsive. The property is beautiful. It is so well stocked, we had everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. In addition to that, you couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s close to 2 family pools, golf courses as well as a grocery store, CVS and many restaurants. I highly recommend booking this home!

Magical Stay

Beautiful, well furnished home. Very well equipped. Excellent location close to shopping, Sumter Landing and many restaurants. Home backs onto a golf course. Great privacy, lots of Sun.

Nancy and I are from St Louis. We purchased this home to retire in a few years from now. We love the active lifestyle of Villages and the wonderful people we have met here. It's great to go out and meet happy people that enjoy life. This is our dream retirement home and we are happy to share it with you. We hope you love it too and return often.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Belvedere Village because of it's close proximity to Lake Sumter and the shops and restaurants along 466. It's so convenient, easy to get out and about and the privacy of the golf course is wonderful. It provides nice entertainment for your morning coffee watching the golfers navigate the par 4 hole : )

What makes this property unique

I think our home is somewhat unique in that we have a heated pool and a private golf course view. The sunsets in the winter are lovely. We have renovated the entire home, so it's beautiful, sparkling clean and the new furniture just makes it a very special place.
