We stayed for two nights and thought that the place is super cute, clean, comfortable, and apart from being sandwiched between two fairly busy roads, was in a great location! 315 is the lower apartment and is probably a little quieter from traffic than the above apartment. The decks are wonderful with the creek nearby. A wonderful find.

Very nicely renovated unit. Well-equiped. Large TV and good WiFi. Comfortable beds and an AC in each bedroom. Very nice small yard adjacent to the creek, but with a very loud highway on the other side. The main concern is the parking. There's a small space for two compact cars and it's to be shared between two rental units. Backup parking on the other side of the unit is unsafe because it requires walking on the road and there's a very dangerous drop-off / gap that could result in serious injury if you had to quickly move out of the way of traffic. It's also extremely difficult to exit the parking because of very limited visibility.
