We are from Florida and we purchased this home December 2022 because our son and family live here. We love it here as there is so much to do. There is so much close by to go shopping or beautiful restaurants to go to.

Why they chose this property

The people here in Sunbird are very friendly and there are so many activities to do. Our neighbors are very friendly.

What makes this property unique

This is a small home, but there is room to enjoy and be comfortable. I had my daughter and her family here and we had plenty of room. I love sitting outside on the back covered patio at night and enjoy it. I love the patio lights and the quietness.
