Tucked away quiet Nubble home, but still a quick walk to Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches. This home has plenty of space for everyone, sleeping 10 ppl and plenty of availability for 2023 because it has just been listed. You will love the open, airy spaces and the fact that the bedrooms are spaced apart for privacy and quietness. This home is a short stroll to the famous Nubble Light House. While there, stop at Dunne's Ice Cream for a delicious treat!

The kitchen has everything you need! Enjoy coffee on the front porch while listing to the waves, or relax at night in the back yard area with a fire pit and hot tub!

4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, central air, propane grill outside & an outdoor shower! Parking for 3 cars. What a great home to enjoy some get away time in Maine this summer!

Beautiful home

Wonderful location and beautiful home. Getting in was hard cause there was not a lot of communication about access. The sheets were not on bed, there was a lack of beach supplies and the house needs better shades wake up was 5 am most days cause of sun. Those are all just suggestions we did absolutely love it and will be back.
