This recently remodeled mid-century studio guest house is located a short, under 10-minute walk from downtown Saugatuck's shops, galleries, restaurants, marina and more.

INSIDE THE HOME
A great space for a romantic weekend or a quiet getaway, it features a king size bed, a sitting area, a designated workspace with an optional standing desk and a lovely kitchenette with an eating area for light cooking for a night when you prefer to stay in. This is a studio space above the garage, which requires taking the stairs. The main house is occupied by owners and not for guest use.

The location could not get much better. Located off a quiet street in Saugatuck, while being a 5 minute walk from downtown. You are only 15 minutes from Holland and 20 minutes from South Haven.

An amazing relaxing week

My husband and I stay here for five days for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Even though it was off season it was super relaxing and the place was comfortable and beautiful. The management company was super responsive. We would stay here again.

Great Location, right price.

First impressions upon entering, everything looked clean and new. Great modern furnishings for a welcoming feeling. Short walk in to downtown Saugatuck. Very much appreciated the communication before arrival and the nice online booklet to help with all the details of the property and the city.

The Perfect Location!

This property is newly renovated and off the main roads of downtown. It’s a 10-min walk to the middle of everything! The property is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! You can’t go wrong!
