HOME LAYOUT:
➟ The first floor contains the main living area, consisting a bright family room, a dining area with seating for 6, and a large kitchen and breakfast bar. On the garden level of the first floor, enjoy a spacious living room with access to our spacious back yard and patio. Upstairs, the second floor is shared between the primary bedroom with king bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two secondary bedrooms, one with king bed and another one with queen bed . A third full bathroom is in the second floor hallway.
➟ In the basement, you will find a large bedroom with two queen beds which can also serve as a work-from-home area, complete with a desk.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except for few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The backyard is available for your exclusive use.

➟ We charge a nonrefundable pet fee of $60 per pet for stays under a week, $120 per pet for a week, and $180 per pet for over two weeks. We allow up to two. Fees for reservations beyond a week will be charged separately through VRBO with a special request after your reservation begins. Pets must be walked.
