The Space:
The space is one bed one bath with a modern farmhouse chic design. Thoughtfulness and care go into every design and item that go into our spaces. We have set up these spaces with our guest's 5-star experience in mind. Also, this space is pet friendly!

Guest Access:
Our guests are able to access these apartments by an electronic lock that is on the door. We send out the code to the door the day before your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Johnson City, TN. Guests can bike or walk to downtown parks and restaurants. Plus, guests get to enjoy the quiet peaceful setting of being right outside of the downtown noise. This apartment is located in the perfect place to enjoy all that Johnson City has to offer.

Perfect stay in Johnson City

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at ETSU, which was a three-minute drive. The accommodations are perfectly located. The rental was immaculately clean and looks just like the pictures. I can’t imagine paying money for a hotel and this will be our go-to whenever we are in the area!

Charming Apartment

(Review applies to Unit #4) The good: Minutes from downtown Safe neighborhood Very spacious, clean and comfortable Solid amenities The not so good: Nearby trains can be heard all hours of the day / night The entry door lock mechanism for this unit was problematic Overall impression: Loved it, would definitely book a stay again!
