As you walk into The Giner Lodge you are immediately invited into the extra large living area adorned with rustic beamed vaulted ceilings. Cozy up on the leather L shaped couch with room for the whole family, and enjoy the gas fireplace while you watch your favorite movie on the 85” Flat Screen TV! If your loved ones are feeling like a game night, the living room is ready to handle all the fun including a pool table, arcade game, plenty of board games and playing cards!!

The dining room is located right off of the living room creating a spacious and roomy atmosphere. Natural light filters through large glass sliding doors and the dining table with seating for 6. Right off of the dining area is the kitchen that comes fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal for your guests. Amenities in the kitchen like a Keurig coffee maker and wine refrigerator are just a couple of the items this home offers to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Bedroom 1 operates as a Master Quarters and is located off the entryway, offering privacy of being away from the other rooms and set down into a tranquil haven. Cozy up in the Queen Size bed and enjoy an afternoon nap during the summer months as the ceiling fan keeps you cool. Enjoy your own flat screen tv, linen closet and full size sleeper futon. Right off of the bedroom is a 3 ⁄ 4 bath with a walk-in shower beautifully done with marble print tile and an extra high shower head fixture.  There is an access door to the garage where you will find the washer and dryer to use for your convenience during your stay.

The other Master Bedroom is beautifully decorated with a wood bedroom set, cabin decor, linens and large closet to store your belongings during your stay. The bathroom off of this room offers a tub shower combo and plenty of natural light for when you're getting ready for a night out in The Big Bear Lake Village.

Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kiddos offering a twin over full bunk bed, cozy cabin decor and linens and their own flat screen tv. The 3rd bathroom is located conveniently off of this bedroom and the living room, it has a step in shower finished with stone tile and tile flooring.

The backyard at The Ginger Lodge is an oasis for your whole group. Step outside onto the deck where you can grill on the propane BBQ, or sit around the gas fire pit in the adirondack chairs while you reminisce about the adventurous day you all had. You can also continue the fun day by playing a game of horseshoes in the horseshoe pit. Or maybe you would rather relax in the spa and enjoy viewing all the nightfall has to offer. You'll discover the fully fenced grassy yard backs up to a protected plant habitat ensuring a serene and peaceful setting. The backyard ensures privacy and safety for both children and pets. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
