Lovely stay!

A beautiful cozy home on a beautiful cozy island! We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is located close to the ferry and town and the property manager was helpful, friendly, and kind. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Cozy cottage.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here for a quiet reprieve before the chaos of school begins. A beautiful place to spend a relaxing weekend. So many attentions to detail in this sweet cozy cottage. It was tidy and our hosts thought of everything! The garden and yard was just the right size and very lovely.

Wonderful stay!

Our first trip to Peaks Island and Tricia’s place was all that we could have asked for. A clean, quaint, quiet and centrally located cottage just a 5-minute walk to the ferry and shops/restaurants. The cottage is beautifully decorated; beds were comfortable, linens clean and new. The house came with two bikes and Tricia was kind enough to provide us with 2 additional bikes as we were a party of four. The scenic ride around the island is a must! Outside space was also great. Brand new sectional on the private back deck and a Solo stove in the back yard with four Adirondack’s and ample supplies for an evening by the fire. Tricia was a wonderful host, very responsive before and during our stay and flexible with our check in and out. Highly recommend this cozy island retreat for a small group. Don’t bother bringing your car on the ferry. You won’t need it!

Quintessential Coastal New England experience.

Great place, cozy but well appointed, and super clean. Relaxing coastal retreat without the insanity of the crowds. The ferry ride to/from Portland instantly puts you into vacation mode.

Perfect little cottage for a Maine island vacation

We had such a lovely time staying here. I came with my 2 kids - a 6 mo old and a 3 yr old - and my mom. There was plenty of space for all of us, and great spots for hanging out and playing games inside and outside. The house was bright and airy, and we appreciated that it was well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, good A/C, and super comfy beds. Location was great too, about a 5 minute walk from the ferry and all the restaurants and 15 minutes from a sandy beach that was perfect for the kids. Recommend!
