Fun stay

Great location, close to SDSU. Moved our daughter back to school at SDSU and nice to be very close.

HOT / Terrible Air Conditioner

There was only small stand up AC in Living Room and small AC in only one of three bedrooms. We were there in July. It was so hot in the house and it was not fun. Location is nice, near college, but lack of AC made it a terrible stay.

An escape from the hustle & bustle...

If you are looking for a 4 bedroom with space to relax with friends and family, this is a great space. My favorite feature was being able to sit outside during the sunrise and listen to the birds. The deck isn't blocked by electrical wires or homes. Nice to be able to walk in the neighborhood... hills! So peaceful! The open floor plan made it easy to prepare food and stay connected to everyone. The table was large enough for all 7 of us to eat & play games. The downstairs has a pool table & opens up to the patio. The beds lean towards the firm side, most slept great. The kitchen has pans, plates, bowls, cups, plastic glasses. Other cooking utensils, pans, & child safe dish set were also helpful. (FYI...No food storage containers) We ate most meals at the rental. The a/c air filters & ceiling fans were Very dusty. I'm sensitive to dust mites & chose to clean them & clean the tile floor. Owner was responsive whenever needed & ordered a deep clean after our stay. Helpful to have a washer & dryer. Grill was nice to use. Overall a great stay! Note...house is not full a/c - window unit in 1 bedroom & in living room. Ceiling fans in all rooms. A bit warm at times. 2nd bathroom entrance thru 1 bedroom downstairs. Must wear shoes on the deck. Yard needs weeding. Built in drawers stick. Note... the house is not full a/c - window unit in 1

The house was perfect for our group. All adults who enjoyed a room to themselves; w/o bunk beds.

My family came into town to celebrate a wedding which was in east county. This home was close by the venue and the beach.

Perfect for the occasion

Came into town for my daughter’s college family weekend with my parents and kids from Friday-Sunday. Location and property were perfect for our needs. We were off-site for most of time, but the space after the football game was just right for hanging out and enjoying the evening. Would highly recommend anyone with 4-8 people in their party!!

Perfect house for multiple guest!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed! The play area was an added bonus and the deck views were spectacular. We Will absolutely stay again!
