Located in the heart of Seattle, our gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has stunning water views. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, and a TV in each bedroom, all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds in each bedroom, and a memory foam floor mattress (it is actually comfortable!) to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful water view. Come enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on your private balcony overlooking Elliott Bay. Our home also includes wireless internet and central air conditioning.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a gym and a jacuzzi. There is also a secure garage parking for 2 cars (tandem) that is included in your reservation.

A lovely location

The location was spot on for walking to Pikes Market Place (being right next to an elevator made that work well!) and walking to the Ferris wheel was easy too. Traffic on Alaskan Way made getting in and out a bit difficult but we managed. The view from the balcony was nice but we felt like there was too much furniture for 4 of us to stand out there. The master bed was comfortable and we appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. Lots of keys and garage door clickers and key fobs to carry but you knew you were safe. It would have been nice to have two sets since we were two couples but we made it work. Overall a nice spot for a visit to Seattle.

Great getaway weekend in Seattle

We had a fantastic weekend in Seattle and our rental was exactly what we were hoping for. Ashley and Mike were amazing hosts. The apartment is optimally furnished, the decor is aesthetically very pleasing and everything was spotlessly clean. The view of the water from all rooms/windows is beautiful and to top it all we had clear weather every day making for a great experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway.
