Not tranquil
There is a delapatated, abandoned house on this property that is intentionally left out of photos. There is a narrow, unlevel path from the driveway down to the lakefront site that makes you cross over an ustable "bridge" made of house siding, and some uneven cinderblocks as "steps". You must traverse this to unolad gear and any time you access the honey bucket. The honey bucket is not cleaned before you arrive, but theres a cleaning fee for each day you stay. There are horsetail weeds everywhere. We did not stay the 2nd night. Owner did not offer to refund 2nd night, only $40 and 2 free nights, in exchange for a 5star review, basically asking me to lie to future campers. I did not accept this offer even after he threatened to give me a bad review also. I am usually a happy camper and i want you to be too!
Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2023
