Property status

The condo was for sale and seemed to be staged for sale rather than for renters (coffee mugs for 4, 6 adults rented) Electricity not working on arrival. It was fixed while we we were there. Advertised as pet-friendly with no deposit required, My young dog (5- months) had one accident on a rug that appeared to already have a stain in the same spot. My dog likely reacted to that. Owner disputed that fact and I sent her a new rug to replace the rug. Location required a car to go most places. Certainly I take responsibility for making the choice of this rental.
