Just Remodeled! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Family neighborhood in good area of Northeast Santa Ana by Tustin, Orange border. Close to 5 Fwy- 5 exits before Disneyland, 55 Fwy-Newport Beach, 22-Fwy Long Beach. Southern California attractions South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, and Angel Stadium easily accessible through these freeways. Also a few blocks from the Orange Circle and Chapman University. Didn’t end up staying here

It was difficult to get responses from the owner. The property is not well maintained at all. The gas cook top had 2 broken knobs. We decided not to stay when one of the cook top knobs wouldn’t go into the lock position. I do appreciate that the owner did cancel the reservation and refunded us our money.

Great location, Needs Work

The overall location was great for Disney. It is about 45 minutes to Universal and Balboa Beach and grocery stores are very convenient. Overall the house was not as clean as we had hoped. Lots of dust and each morning there were small roaches on the kitchen counter. The main bathroom has what looks like water damage to the ceiling and the toilet was leaking around the bottom, and the handles of the vanity kept coming off as the screws weren't long enough for the pull handles. No hot water in the kitchen sink and no check in or check out instructions were sent by the host. I had to ask for the check in and check out instructions, and the wifi information as each were not provided for us. It just seems like the house needs a few updates, a very deep clean, and minor fixes.
