About this property

The main house includes two bedrooms with a king and queen size bed, two & 1/2 baths, mid century modern living room and Florida room/dining area, a beautiful newly renovated kitchen, and a loft for relaxing and watching TV. An Arts and Crafts studio apartment with its own entrance is in the renovated basement space with a queen-size bed, a large bathroom with heated floors, and a kitchenette.

Enjoy this lovely, contemporary home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Asheville. It is a few minutes from the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway and 10 minutes from eclectic and fun downtown. This is my home so you will see family pictures and art &ceramics that I collect. I am retired and travel a lot so everything is well taken care of, stylish, and clean.

The deck outside the Florida room overlooks the trees and the beautiful gardens, and there are two brick patios, one out back and one in front of the studio apartment. Parking is right in front of the main house and studio apartment. It's very close to grocery stores Fresh Market, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Trader Jos, and many restaurants. Downtown Asheville is artsy with great food, breweries, and music. The Biltmore Estate is a 25-minute drive.
