Here in Timberline Rim, you'll enjoy access to the community's swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, and beautiful stretch of riverbank, as well as year-round adventures on the slopes of Mt. Hood.

This single-story home sits one block from the Tim Rim Clubhouse and within earshot of the river, providing the perfect, soothing soundtrack for sleep. It's an easy, scenic drive to all sorts of activities on the mountain, from the Sandy Ridge Trail System for mountain biking to the gorgeous hiking trails off Lolo Pass Road. The Three Nines Golf Course (six miles) and the renowned ski slopes of Timberline Lodge (22 miles) are close by as well.

After a summer morning of adventure, come home to breathe in the fresh mountain air outside on the deck. Light the gas grill for a barbecue lunch and linger outside to bask in the shade of the trees and the deck canopy.

The house is every bit as inviting in winter, offering a woodstove to toast your toes as the snow gently falls outside. Prepare hearty meals using stainless steel kitchen appliances, play board games at the breakfast bar, and stream movies each evening on the living room's smart TV. A private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and central air conditioning are provided as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
