Whew! This adorable bungalow features a walkable location with all of KC tops attractions right outside your front door. Walk to the Plaza, Westport, & 39th St or take a quick ride to other entertainment districts such as Power & Light or the Crossroads!

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is fenced yard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*SMOKING: Is not permitted inside the home, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs inside the home.

Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

HISTORY: Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district for the automobile, the Country Club Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Seeking to create a real estate development that captured the allure of Spanish marketplaces, Nichols purchased several small lots of land in a swampy and undeveloped area in 1907 and opened the Plaza’s first buildings in 1922. Property was great. The house was clean with great decor and comfy bedding. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware and basic spices which was nice. Coffee bar was awesome as it had all of the methods of making coffee! My only cons were it was annoying to have to go through a 3rd party process to verify myself and receive check in/check out info. I would have liked to access everything more easily through VRBO instead of navigating communications so the a property management company—it was very confusing at first that I couldn’t find any info about checking in or the address to the property. In the other hand, the property management’s website was great once I received the link the morning of our stay. If would have helped to have that info the day before so I could have communicated more easily with the group of friends. Overall, great experience and one I would recommend.
