The house features a cozy living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen tv (with Apple TV) to enjoy your favorite Nancy Meyers romcom. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The bedrooms are furnished with plush king and queen sized beds featuring luxury towels, feather pillows, and linens ensuring a peaceful and restful nights sleep. Both bathrooms feature heated floors as well as all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Other indoor features include high-speed internet, smart lock door access, and a fully stocked game closet.

Step outside onto the private backyard patio and enjoy the beauty of our garden and mature canopy of trees. The covered back porch allows you to enjoy the scenery rain or shine. The garden and landscaping is filled with lush greenery, colorful flowers, and a pond fountain, providing a peaceful and serene environment for relaxation. A guest favorite is to enjoy a favorite cup of morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the waterfowl, deer, fox and other wildlife next to the pond at Spain Ranch. Fishing the pond at Spain Ranch is allowed by request and is catch and release only.
