Gebucht und bezahlt. Storno vor Ort! Horror!

Nach Buchung bezahlt mit Visa. Kurz vor und nach der Ankunft 2h telefoniert und irgendwann jemanden erreicht. Der Vermieter sagte er bräuchte 1 1/2 bis 2h um da zu sein, wegen der Schlüsselübergabe. Verabredet war dass er sich meldet wenn er 15min entfernt von der Unterkunft ist. So lange (es war mittlerweile schon 19Uhr) wollten wir dann noch essen gehen. Um 21:30Uhr meldete sich keiner. Also zurück zur Unterkunft und angeschellt. Jetzt machte jemand auf. Er sagte es tut ihm leid, es liegt eine Doppelbuchung vor. Er müsste stornieren. Ich war alleine unterwegs mit zwei kleinen Kindern! Ich war fassungslos! Also gewartet bis ich gesehen habe dass storniert wurde, sodass ich mein Geld wieder bekomme. Nun musste ich ein Überteuertes Hotel buchen, weil es mittlerweile schon 22:30Uhr war. Zum Glück habe ich noch ein Hotel allerdings in Katwijk gefunden. Also noch einmal 30 Minuten Fahrt. Alles in allem eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung! Ich hatte ja auch Essen und Trinken mitgenommen, welches ich nun ant akta legen konnte, da wir dann in einem Hotel mit Frühstück buchen mussten. Also auch wieder Geld pfutsch, da vor Ort kein Kühlschrank war. Eigentlich bin ich dazu geneigt jedem abzuraten über das Portal zu buchen. Habe jetzt das vierfache von dem bezahlen müssen, um meinen Kindern den versprochenen Urlaub zu bieten! Für mich eine riesen Katastrophe, die ich meinen Kindern natürlich nicht gezeigt habe! Ich hoffe man kann meinen Unmut etwas verstehen!
