About this property

Newly renovated home with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, and a huge fenced-in backyard! Easy self-check-in, no hassle check out for your enjoyment.

Our beautiful ranch-style house is recently renovated with a new modern kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. The house is full of large windows that let in natural light and allow you to enjoy the beautiful property. You will immediately feel the warmth and coziness this house provides! The kitchen is fully stocked including the all too important coffee maker. The home has a huge fenced-in yard shaded by majestic oak trees where you can hang out by the fire pit, bench swing, or on the patio furniture. There are lots of games and everything you need to make great memories with family and friends.

There is direct access into the house from the carport in addition to the front door.

There is also a free Netflix account already set up on the TV in the living room for our guests to enjoy.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home. Take comfort in knowing that every linen (towels, bed sheets, rugs, quilts, etc.) has been washed and disinfected for your use!

We do allow pets (no cats) for a nonrefundable $100 pet fee per pet. Please include the pet when choosing the number of guests. Thank you!

Very nice house.......

Nice clean home in good location. A little hard to back out of drive way..... not to bad. Our hostess very very good.

Absolute perfect choice for stay

This place was perfect, Exceeded our expectations. It was great to have a nice yard for the dogs to run and play during the vacation. The place was clean and very well stocked with all the expected items in a fully furnished house you could every need. Beds were very comfortable. I would recommend it 100% and will book for future visits to the Tampa area again.

Riverview Reunion

The property was very clean and nice for the price. The beds were very comfortable. The owner comminicated quickly. Only issue is backing out of the driveway on a very busy road.

Weekend Visiting Friends

This house was right around the corner from some friends we were visiting for a special party. It was so clean! It had coffee, creamer, etc! Water bottles in fridge. The beds were comfy memory foam. It was decorated nicely. The air worked great. Comfy couches and good tv.
