This uniquely designed coastal home offers a prime and unbeatable location across the street from the beach and near fantastic attractions, including Edisto Beach State Park, Edisto Island Serpentarium, and Bay Creek Park.

This two-story home boasts stellar views, from fabulous sunrises and stellar ocean views to splendid night skies with shooting stars and moonrises. When it comes to outdoor living, this two-story retreat features a spacious fenced backyard with coastal foliage (providing excellent shade for relaxing), a hammock, a firepit, and a BBQ area with a gas grill and a picnic table that is great for cookouts.

The home's main entrance leads you to the ground-floor level where you will discover a large bedroom with a TV, a full bathroom, and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. Climb up the stairs to reach the main living level of the home and two spacious bedrooms. Discover panoramic views of the ocean from the well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with access to an extensive deck. The deck offers a nice lounge area where you can spread out comfortably and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
