About this property

Newly remodeled 1950's era cottage with all the comforts for a great visit. Just off the living room and thru French doors is a very private deck with a gas grill, Weber kettle and a wrought iron table for 4. The cedar plank outdoor shower is just steps off the deck. Short walk or bike ride to many restaurants and stores. Hardings Beach is 1/2 mile away, walk or ride bikes (2 bikes on property). Downtown Chatham is minutes away by car, certainly a fun bike ride or a nice walk. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1.5 bathrooms (half bath has washer and dryer) living area with love seat and chair and television. Front sunroom area provides table seating for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a gas stove, toaster oven and coffee maker. Additionally, kitchen water is filtered. We are finishing the front yard patio filled with flowers and plants for another outdoor space to enjoy! Need more room? Cozy and perfect

Chatham is a beautiful, quaint little town, and Cape Cod in general is a wonderful place. This house was perfect for a couple, and I'm sure would be perfect with up to 4 (given 2 bedrooms). It's a short drive to town, it was spotless, check in was super easy, it looks exactly like the pictures, and Jill was prompt and professional. We had a great time and built memories we won't soon forget.

Excellent cottage and location

The cottage was perfect for the two of us. Location close to town and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The quiet and private back patio are perfect for grilling, dining and cocktails. The included bikes were a nice addition that allowed us to ride the beautiful Cape Cod Rail Trail. Highly recommend.
