About this property

Welcome to Coho Cottage a private family and pet friendly end unit. Enjoy visiting whales, seals, sea lions, otters, and bald eagles all just outside your door. End your day watching the stunning sunsets from the comfort of our private deck or lounging in comfortable Adirondack chairs by our fire pit. Each cottage is privately owned but is managed by Alder Bay Vacation Rentals and is located at Alder Bay RV Park & Marina.
Reservations cancelled with more than 30 days' notice will have their full deposit refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

While the unit can accommodate up to 6 people, we recommend a maximum of 4 adults for optimal comfort and space utilization. This will ensure a more enjoyable stay for all guests.

Excellent stay

The location was terrific, the place was great. It was clear it was well taken-care-of, and the host was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Amazing home and location

Had an awesome family vacation at Jim’s cottage. The cottage was brand new with all the details well-considered - right down to the puzzle, games and battery-powered candles for great ambiance lighting. The view from the porch of the beautiful bay was icing on the cake. The resort facilities and Roxy’s food truck cuisine was fantastic too. We highly recommend this property for anyone considering a great coastal getaway. I just hope it’s available next year!
