The resort web site will price this unit for the Spring Break holiday at $1,060/night (if you can even get a villa on their site). My pricing is 25% discounted @ $795/night

NOTE: An all-inclusive meal plan option is available for any/all guests at their discretion. Everyone staying in the same suite must enroll and the resort requires that it include a minimum of 3 consecutive days.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
