for grilling, watching the big game together, or having your private chef wine-and-dine you. Don't miss out on dessert by the firepit in your private back yard, as you relax in the warm Carolina evenings, under
the stars.
The home showcases a downstairs master bedroom, complete with clawfoot soaking tub, and a tranquil and relaxed color palette. Downstairs you will also find a queen bedroom, which shares a full bathroom
with the living area. Upstairs features three additional bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom has a king bed, the
second a queen bed, and the third with two twin beds with trundles underneath – perfect for kids! The Wilson Cottages neighborhood is located on a quaint brick path, directly next to Wilson Lawn and
Racquet Tennis Center. You will be steps away from tennis, pickleball, RT's Market, and the Wilson Tree House playground. The cottage is a quick five-minute stroll one direction to the world-class Montage
hotel, and the other direction to Wilson Village, featuring three fantastic dining options, the Canoe Club swimming pool & fitness center, water excursions, kayak rentals, the River House fire pits, and more.

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.
***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows
- May 24th - May 27th for Memorial Day, - June 29th - July 7th for 4th of July, September 30th - October 2nd Labor Day weekend,
Thanksgiving Week and Christmas/NYE week (dates TBD). These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Palmetto Bluff Club.
