Watkins Glen Motorcycle

We were 3 couples traveling from Wisconsin on motorcycles, for a 2 week trip and found the perfect gem in Watkins Glen. The Owners went above and beyond with all the little extras, e.g. having fresh fruit, flowers, chocolate, veggies and spices waiting for us; having all the necessities you would need to cook, bake or grill, unlimited coffee & creamer, and a fresh water dispenser so that we didn't have to buy water from the store. They had so many extra touches to add, that we felt at home. The property was clean but also had cleaning supplies, a vacuum, robot vacuum and swifter to we could clean up after ourselves. There was adequate indoor and outdoor seating, plus enough fire wood for us to make a fire each night while we enjoyed the clear, cool nights. The neighborhood was nice and quite with a view overlooking Seneca Lake. We were within walking distance of Watkins Glen State Park and the downtown area. We picked the perfect time of year to go too as there was not a lot of traffic or other vacationers. We would book this home again. Thank you for everything.

Great!

Driveway and road to the town are very steep. This is above another residence below. The electric is a bit funky it took a few hours before one bedroom light started randomly working and all of the lights in the bathroom are connected to the trip so the lights in the bathroom stopped working randomly after we got there until a friend decided to try and press the reset button on the outlet then everything began to work lol other than those funky things it was spectacular and they even left a delicious fruit basket with chocolate! What more can you ask for!

Amazing

There is no words to describe this beautiful home we stayed in. Everything was beautiful and perfect. The fruit bowl and flowers that smelled up the room was a personal touch. The host were unbelievable kind and friendly, all the way to there small dog who we enjoyed petting. This place is a must see. I can tell you we did not want to leave and you won’t either. The location was great… thank you Nicole and Johnathan you guys were awesome and we loved talking with you. We will be back.

A Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I hosted our adult children and their spouses (one has a 7 month old) for a four day, three night trip to the Finger Lakes. The location of this house was perfect as well as the house was shiny clean. The outside living spaces with herb plants, flowers and little water features were so lovely. Each morning we walked down to Watkins Glen State Park for a quick hike. The house is also in walking distance to downtown and the Seneca Lake Harbor which we enjoyed. The property was very well equipped and we were all comfortable in the three good size bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and living room were all great for gathering. Watkins Glenn is a great location to get to all the Finger Lakes Region offerings. The farm stands, cheese makers, wineries, breweries and distilleries are wonderful places to take in. All the outdoor activities are fabulous. The cruise around Seneca Lake is beautiful. The house was the perfect jumping off point with a spectacular view that set the tempo for the stay.
