Take some time to relax and reconnect with nature at this wonderful and secluded lakefront home! This two-story home away from home is located in a wide deep cove and just a short drive away from great restaurants and attractions. The cove is very active which makes it a lot of fun - the water there has a slow current that keeps the water cleaner than in some lake areas. The water is also deep and can be safely jumped into from the private dock. Some of the attractions you can find nearby include Enchanted Village of Lights, Ozarks Amphitheater, Paradise Parasail, Miner Mike's, Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, Big Surf Waterpark, and Lake Of The Ozarks State Park.

Inside, this splendid rural charmer enjoys a main floor that contains the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room with a washer/dryer, and one bedroom. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area, which has been furnished with comfortable sofas throughout, a fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services. The ceiling is vaulted with plenty of natural light pouring in. Sliding glass doors lead you to a furnished balcony where you can dine alfresco and enjoy your morning coffee as well. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances - you have everything you need to prepare exquisite homemade treats!

The lower level includes a second bedroom and a cozy family room with another smart TV, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, and access to a waterfront deck with another outdoor dining area and marvelous lake views. The upper floor has the main bedroom with a balcony facing the lake and a fourth bedroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Keep in mind that the neighbors allow dogs to run free on the road, so there may be roaming dogs.
The boat in slip is not for use at this time. Guests can tie off their boats but we cannot guarantee "no wake."

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: guests can swim off dock, boat in slip is not for use at this time. Guests can tie of their boats but we cannot guarantee "No wake"

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
