It has a full kitchen (minus a dishwasher), a Queen bed, a sectional/Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a bath with a tub/shower, and an outdoor patio area with a table and chairs. Savor the distant ocean view and breathe in the pine-scented air. Carmel’s pristine beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries are just minutes away. Driveway parking. Note: there are two vacation rentals on this 1.57 acre lot.

Quaint cottage

Communication between me and the property manager was good. The place was in great shape tho the place needed a little ambience outside as it’s surrounded by weeds and none of the beautiful flowering plants so enjoyed in Carmel. The bed was a little sunken in the middle but linens and towels were clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a fan in the bedroom for air circulation. Overall a B-
