Summer is a perfect time of year to enjoy the cool days up in Keystone!

There is so much to do nearby: Biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, golf & tennis and much more!

Perfect for the whole family! After you park in the garage and unpack, you don't need to use your car again because you can walk to so many local attractions located right in River Run Village in Keystone. Year round enjoy the short walk to the gondola on the opposite side of the Village. Take in a free concert on select Fridays 4-6 pm. Come for the monthly Keystoneresort.com festivals with great entertainment and food. There are comedy shows and family friendly activities all summer long!

Nearby you can find concerts at the Dillon amphitheater, water sports on Lake Dillon and ride your bike along the path through town to so many various destinations. Keystone has an amazing golf course....so I'm told. So grab your clubs and relax in the picturesque mountain backdrop while hitting your best game.

Aspen Villas has very comfy beds and seating to unwind on after you enjoy the outdoor pool / hot tub.

Bike storage racks are inside the garage and there is even a common area storage, which require keycard access to keep your bike even more secure.

The FREE area bus stops right in front of the ice rink / mini-golf area seen from your 2nd floor patio balcony.

~ Living room has a very comfortable Italian leather sleeper sofa (with a brand new gel mattress) and 2 leather chairs to comfortably seat everyone right in front of the gas fireplace.
~ Find some games in the living room coffee table / foot rest.

~ Master bedroom - King size bed. TV. Side tables. Closet where a playpen, floor fan, iron & ironing board, and pool noodles are found.

The bike bath is following Snake River just steps out the back of the community. Take the path into River Run Village or to Lake Dillon for great fun!

There are so many summer festivals right in Keystone and all around us in the nearby cities of Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge. Escape the heat, and get to the mountains to cool off. Lake Dillon has many options on the water. Chill in the hot tub, then bask in the sun on the patio.

We live just down the mountain the Denver metro area and love the mountains year round. I love providing a great guest experience and it is fulfilling to know our places provide a way for the guests to create great memories and enjoy time with their friends and families.

Why they chose this property

Love the location of this property right in River Run Village. The ice rink / mini golf / playground area is right out front. Walking along the back side of the Village is the quickest way to the gondola and you'll pass right by my favorite coffee shop, the InkSpot. Stop in to chill on their couches and play a board game or read a book on their patio in the sun. I love that there is key card access in the garage to lock my bike up during the summer as well as other bike racks in the garage, making them less accessible. Once parked at the condo, I walk everywhere because there is no need to leave. The Village has everything you need from dinning, coffee, to light groceries. There is such a wide array of cuisine options to satisfy my craving of the day. This simple Village is slow enjoyable. They have many festivals and other entertainment options in Keystone as well as nearby. There is always something new to try when feeling adventurous.

What makes this property unique

I love all the renovations we did to the property. Everything is fresh and new! The decor is inviting and the furniture is brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with new everything. We made sure all rooms have room darkening curtains because sleeping well is a high priority. All beds are brand new hybrid gel mattresses and encased. Everyone says how beautiful the place is the moment they check-in.
