- Off street Parking for 3+ cars.
- Open Living/Kitchen area for group hangouts
- Well-appointed kitchen with basic cooking equipment to allow for easy meal cooking. House is also stocked with convenient amenities like coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, soaps, and trash bags to make cooking and getting up in the morning easy.
- Half Bathroom in hallway on first level so no need to run up the stairs when you gotta go!
- Bedroom 1 features a spacious king bed, TV and private bathroom
- Bedroom 2 features a spacious king bed, TV, desk and access to hall bathroom
- Bedroom 3 features plush queen bed, TV, and connected to hall bathroom
- Bedroom 4 features two plush twin beds (no bed sharing!) with TV, and private bathroom

Visit for a Concert, Saint's or Pelican's game. The home is a 3 minute car ride away from the Blender and Superdome! Here for a convention? The house is less than 5 minutes away from major conference hotels and 10 minutes away from the convention center.

Mid-City is booming with new restaurants, breweries and more. Rent bikes and ride on the linear parkway Lafitte Greenway to the French Quarter. Visit neighborhood microbrews and distilleries like Zony Mash Beer Project, Roulaison Rum Distillery, and Broad Street Cider. Enjoy local watering holes Bayou Beer Garden and Wrong Iron.

Getting Around:
The house has off-street parking for 3+ cars.

Many popular visitor attractions are located in the French Quarter and Downtown where street parking can be hard to find and many have to pay for parking. Cabs, and ride shares (Uber/Lyft) are great alternatives in New Orleans.
