BY BOOKING YOU CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:
> Specific information may be required for legal and/or compliance and property security reasons within the communities that we host (i.e. email address, current phone number, government-issued photo identification prior to arrival, background check, etc.)

> Guest MUST sign electronic short term stay Guest Agreement prior to check-in

> Digital guidebook and house rules accessible through a third-party software platform

> Only registered guests allowed (minimum age 21 to book). Registered guests are persons actively listed on the reservation

> There is a guest limit of 7 for this space

> No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property

> Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm

> Locals need to communicate the intent of their stay, name, email, and age prior to instant booking to avoid cancellation

> Current profile photos are required for all bookings

> Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames
>Strip beds and put all linens on top of the washer before departure. You do NOT need to do laundry.

>Remove all trash and put it in cans in back yard before departure.

> Max limit of two cars

> Absolutely NO tampering with smoke, carbon monoxide, or security equipment

> No lewd behavior. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like

> First-time guests may be subject to a third-party background check at guests' expense prior to check-in

> VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES ARE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITHOUT A REFUND

FEES: Possession of the unit past 11 am is an automatic charge of the base daily rate for the unit. In addition, you are responsible for any refund given to the next guest if there is one checking in the same day and if they are affected by your late checkout.
FEES: Lost keys or electronics remote controls will result in a $175 Charge per item.
FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
FEES: $75 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
