About this property

Comfortable private super clean cottage located on peaceful 3/4 acre with Redwood and Oak trees framing the property. Close to I80, shopping, restaurants and all services. Safe neighborhood with rolling hills for walks. Pool and patio area available for use. Laundry room in main house is also available upon request. Studio is 500 square feet with living and kitchen area, double bed, large closet, full kitchen, full bath with shower and bathtub, TV and WIFI. Close to all the major restaurants andattractions in Roseville/Rocklin. 25 minutes from Sac Airport and easy 15-20 minute drive on highway to Sacramento attractions.

Cottage pet friendly

I had a wonderful stay, the hosts Lori and Jeff were so welcoming and generous in spirit. I can't imagine better hosts. This was the best vacation rental I could ever imagine. They were even nice to my dog Maggie.
