The Space:
Welcome to the IR ARTHOUSE a one of a kind luxurious 4-story townhome custom designed and furnished to provide everything you need for an unforgettable visit to Houston, TX! The entire home features one of a kind art pieces from Houston based artist @ir_artwork whose works are composed of abstract, pop-art and contemporary. All items showcased in the home are available for purchase on Artist website. You may recognize his Artwork from Shaquille O’Neals home gym, Toyota Center Private Suites, online search “bar mural in the heights”, TikTok, and many Historic buildings around the City.
The 1st floor space features a private Suite offering a plush King sized bed, full bathroom, walk in closet, and sleeps a total of 2 guests.
Move upstairs to the 2nd floor which features a Grand fully equipped kitchen with an oversized island, where you’ll get to showcase your MasterChef skills.
An abundance of natural light accents the entire second floor to create a bright and airy-feeling throughout the space. A dining table seated for 6 conveniently located near the kitchen. The 2nd floor also showcases hand painted one of a kind art Murals from Houstons very own IR ARTWORK! Both the living room wall and the dining room wall are beyond memorable and social media worthy spaces! This floor also features an iconic illuminated sign above the kitchen IR ARTWORK. Lastly, this floor offers a private balcony located directly off of the living area with outdoor seating perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee.
The 3rd floor features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a full sized laundry room. Guest Bedroom #2 features two Queen sized beds, a private attached full bathroom, walk in closet, and sleeps a total of 4 guests. Guest Bedroom #3 features two heavy duty adult sized Queen over Queen bunk beds, a private attached full bathroom with a shower and bathtub, massive walk in closet, and sleeps a total of 8 guests! The third floor also has a full sized laundry room equipped with detergent, dryer sheets, lint roller, clothing iron, and ironing board.
The 4th floor features a HUGE Guest Bedroom #4 which offers two Queen sized beds and a private refrigerator to use for your convenience! At the top of the stairs on the 4th floor right outside of the Bedroom #4 you can enjoy a fun game of Ms Pac-Man Legacy on the life sized Arcade!
The most enjoyable and stunning feature of all, the ROOFTOP TERRACE! This space features a full outdoor furniture set, a retractable roofed pergola, outdoor games such as life sized Jenga and bean bag toss! Last but definitely not least THE INCREDIBLE VIEW OF THE BEAUTIFUL DOWNTOWN HOUSTON SKYLINE!
