Beautifully updated and fully stocked patio home conveniently located just steps from shopping and dining, but very private. World class amenities are very close by. Large picture windows and sliding glass doors open to the lovely warm south facing patio. This home features two master suites one encompasses the entire second floor with a balcony featuring fabulous mountain views. The other master suite is on the first floor with a sliding glass door to the patio. Downstairs there is another guest suite with views to the entry courtyard and guest bathroom. Great room and dining room can accommodate a large crowd. Enjoy fresh citrus from the trees in the lovely yard. The community has two pools (one heated year round) spa and tennis courts. This is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Great location

The property was just as represented, which was wonderful. Plenty of space, great neighborhood, and close by grocery and drug stores and restaraunts. I rcommend this site.

Lovely home in the hills around Tucson

The home had a great lay out with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything one might want (and the cookware was fabulous quality). There’s a lovely small private garden in back where we had coffee each morning. The listing said check in was 3 pm but when I tried to confirm that with the host I was told it wouldn’t be ready until 4. Brenda was kind enough to let me enter the property to take a shower even though she was still cleaning. The prior tenant mistakenly took the keys so we didn’t have access to the pool or hot tub (of course not the host’s fault). I appreciated Brenda’s efforts to be helpful throughout.

Spacious and well stocked home

We were really happy about the space available for the 6 of us in this home. And the kitchen and house were very well stocked for cooking and enjoying the amenities (even had books and games!) including the back patio. It was very convenient to the grocery and a few restaurants as well as Sabino Canyon but 30-45 minutes from Saguaro East, downtown and pretty much wherever you wanted to be. The complex was nice and quiet - we did enjoy the pool, hot tub and gym which were about 2 blocks from the unit. Would have liked actual sidewalks nearby on the busy road and the kitchen could use some updating (the upstairs bedroom and bath looks to be renovated and were nice) but all in all recommended for a great stay for families.

Our only disappointments were the grill was not clean and rusty, we couldn’t use unless we cleaned first. Bathrooms didn’t have bath soap

I am from Madison Wisconsin and wintered in Tucson for many years. I looked at properties in Tucson for four years and never found one that spoke to me until my realtor found this one.This has been my winter home for the last ten years. This year we decided to try a few other vacation locations, but will come back whenever it is vacant. We just love this property and all the neighbors are just wonderful. My Realtor Brenda Waddell will be assisting both of us with this vacation rental. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspect of Tucson.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property from the moment we walked in the front door to the great room and saw the beautiful garden and all the windows that let in so much light. The south facing patio is perfect for snow birds as it is warm enough to sit out there and read or relax almost everyday. Having a guest bedroom downstairs is convenient, but when lots of family visit the upstairs master can accommodate a crowd. There are extra inflatable mattresses for all the grandchildren. I have enjoyed decorating the house with all sorts of treasures of the southwest. i hope you will enjoy it as much as I have.

What makes this property unique

This area of Tucson is just delightful as there are all sorts of shops, art galleries and restaurants close by. The mountain views here are spectacular and at night the city lights twinkle.
