About this property

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway in this newly built luxury home located in the gated Encanto resort community. You will be surrounded by spectacular red rock mountain views right out the back door. Guests will have access to the nearby spa, pool, pickle ball courts, and private gym.

The space
Custom built modern home with great views of the red rocks. This listing is for the entire house which consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has a king bed and 75" tv. 2 of the 3 rooms have ensuite bathrooms and fireplaces. The third bedroom is next to another bathroom. One of the bedrooms is considered a casita, and has a separate entrance.
Guest access
Make yourself at home! you'll have access to every room in the house with the exception of a small closet where I store my personal belongings. My preference is to keep vehicles out of the garage, but let me know if you have other items you'd like to store in there.
