Location, Location. Location

Highlights: Clean, quiet, simple and functional layout, allowing for a fuss-free experience. Ample natural light creates a bright and airy atmosphere Areas for Improvement: The decor is quite basic and could use some refreshing. Certain areas may benefit from minor renovations or remodeling. Fixtures and wall paper all date back to the 1980's. Furnishings are functional but may lack the style or amenities. Window in den lack drapes and the master BR window only has sheen drapes. One thing that is important to note is that the car parking is TIGHT - ideally, you will drive a small or mid-size car. But the location is perfect for someone looking to explore old Charleston.
