About this property

This spacious tri-level townhome is located near North Village Lake. It is close to the golf course, restaurants and more. This property has very attractive landscaping, a 2-car garage and a deck with a great view of the lake and mountains in the distance. The home features a tongue-and-groove wood cathedral ceiling with a loft overlooking the living/dining area. The lovely oak dining table seats 6.

It has a large master bedroom on the main level with a queen-size bed, closet and master bath. There are two more bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. There is a very nice, well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. For the outdoor cooking enthusiast, a Weber BBQ Grill is also available for use.

The house has a TV in the living room with cable, a DVD player, and wireless internet.

You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee. This facility provides a weight and exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, racquetball and basketball courts. Ask us for details.

Triple booked property

We tried to check in and discovered we were triple booked in this property. The property manager was very helpful and tried to resolve the issue but we had to find other accommodations.

Problem with accessing property. Clean up crew changed the access#. Owner instantly upgraded our housing. Cant say enough good things about the Owner. Thank you very much!
