There is plenty of space to fit your needs with 4 bedrooms and a large upstairs bonus room with a bed, entertainment center and TV. Bonus room would be perfect for family game nights. This home features a split floorplan with the master on one end and two bedrooms (downstairs) on the opposite side along with a full bath. Mud bench nearby the laundry room that provides plenty of storage. Also, has a 4-6 person storm shelter located in garage floor. This is a great community with Surrey Hills Elementary within walking distance.
