Welcome to our cozy 2nd-floor apartment in the heart of Golden!

Outdoor enthusiasts will love being just minutes from stunning mountains, scenic creeks, and lakes. Whether you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, climbing, or simply being in nature, our location is perfect for you!

- Our snug apartment features a modest yet thoughtfully designed living space. It's ideal for couples, solo travelers, or a small group of friends looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring or working in the city.
- It has a fully stocked kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to the whole apartment. In addition, we offer self-check-in for maximum independence and privacy.

BIKE RENTAL: $30/day,
Simply send a message to add a bike to your stay.
Alternatively, feel free to use our bike rack if you're bringing your own.

LATE CHECK OUT: $25/hr up to 2 hrs.
** Late check out availability depending upon cleaner availability.

Quaint, cozy space

Perfectly kept small apartment above the downtown golden shops, near everything. Just what we were looking for!

Why they chose this property

Golden is a city with a town vibe, this is a tight community with tons of local business.
I love that this is close enough to the mountains, but also not a long drive to Denver. This town does not feel like just a suburb of Denver, it pretty much stands out on its own.

What makes this property unique

My property is in the middle of Downtown Golden, on Main Street, you can't beat this location. You are just a walk away from several landmarks on this area.
