- Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless prior arrangements have been made.

2. Smoking: **NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY!!** Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. Guests who violate this rule may be subject to additional cleaning fees.

3. Pets: **NO PETS ALLOWED!!** Lo siento! Contact host for service animal exceptions. Guests who violate this rule may be subject to additional fees and/or eviction of property.

4. Quiet Hours: **NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!** This is a residential property. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00pm - 7:00am. Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors.

5. Maximum Occupancy: The MAXIMUM number of guests allowed is 8.
- Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests. Fee for each additional guest is $75/person.

Beautiful Beach Location
Great beachfront location. Description on VRBO site very misleading, it says Los Muertos Pier is a 15 min walk away. It is actually a 1hr and 15 min walk away. That one claim was a huge contributing factor to our decision to book here so very disappointing. It would also have been great if the unit number had been included with the welcome package, combined with the language barrier it made check in far more difficult than it should have been. Pictures of the unit should be updated to reflect the actual conditions, upholstery on furniture is torn, sunshades on decks are not just fragile, they are dangerous. BBQ was unusable etc. If your expectations are not too high, this is an alright destination. Communication with the host was very good.

Paradise- off the beaten path
Great location with awesome sandy beach, warm pool and quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds and helpful front desk staff. Quick taxis and right on bus line, 15 mins from town. Challenges- only one restaurant in walking distance, filtered water not provided. Bring your eye mask and ear plugs (the waves are incredible!) if you’re a light sleeper.

Gorgeous condominium with stunning views
I stayed at this condominium during the Christmas holidays. This beachfront condominium in the Conchas Chinas area has a breathtaking view of the bay and is right on a pristine beach. The condominium is very spacious and exceedingly well appointed. Communication with the host and access to the property were easy. It has a grand entry with stone columns and original art. The living room has a great room design with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all conversationally spaced. The kitchen was very functional, with a large refrigerator, two sinks, and a 5 burner gas stove. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. The dining room area was a unique, but fun design. The hardwood table was flanked not by chairs, but rather by a couple of 3 person sofas. There is also a full library in the condominium, which is a feature I’ve never seen in a beach home. All three bedrooms are suites, with each having a king size bed and their own bathroom. The master suite has a seating area and a bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The other two have nice bathrooms, but only showers. The best part of the condo is the oceanfront balcony with 180 degree views of the bay. The stretch of beach it resides on is sandy and rather quiet. There is plenty of seating on the balcony, along with a table that fit our party of 5 easily. The connected balcony on the master suite had lots of plants.
