A 5 star experience

Tim and Mindy are great at communicating and answering questions. Their little cabin was comfortable for us 3 adults and pets. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with tools, spices and condiments. It made cooking a breeze and we didnt have to bring anything along except our food. Lots of towels. Decent bedding and the furniture was comfy and well laid out for the space. The view of the lake down the sloped yard was wonderful to wake up to. We loved the decor, the wood work and the homey feel of this updated lake cabin. The neighbors were very friendly. We had plenty of room outdoors to spread out. The lake was frozen over and we had a great time watching the ice fishermen. Overall it was a great home base for our stay visiting family in the area over the holidays and for doing some outdoor activities. We are looking forward to coming back next year! Book with Tim and Mindy. You won't be dissappointed! As someone who also hosts guests in my own vacation rental they are doing a fantastic job!

Relaxing Cabin With a Great View!

This cabin was a great place to stay when I was in the area hunting! After an early morning in the woods, it was great to come back, let the dog out and relax in the back yard over looking the lake. The cabin was just as advertised and the kitchen well stocked with everything I need to prepare all my meals. Tim was very responsive and generous! I'll definitely be back again!

Great quiet getaway

Cute little lake cabin on a quiet, smaller lake. It was exactly what we were looking for: dog friendly, and close to Kettle Moraine hiking trails. We took advantage of the private dock and would have loved to use the fire pit but the evening weather had other plans. So we snuggled up on the comfortable couch and cooked dinner in the thoughtfully stocked kitchen ( always so great when there are spices beyond salt and pepper, cooking oil available, and good pots, pans, and knives.) Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. Tim and Mindy were super communicative and accomodating. Great hosts. We'll be back!
