The space
A split level with the upper level having 3 bedrooms and a great room with a full kitchen and a view of the water. Outside of the kitchen is a large deck.
The lower level has 1 bedroom and a large den with a view of the water and a large walk-out patio.
Guest access
Overlooking the C&D Canal and beautiful Chesapeake City, Maryland, the entire house and large yard are private with plenty of parking. It features a full kitchen, 2 family rooms, & 2 full baths & 1/2 bath with 4 bedrooms on two floors. Sleeps up to 8 people; won't run out of hot water with the new on-demand hot water heater; 6 TVs with Wi-Fi access to use your own personal streaming services. (may need your personal login credentials)

Beautiful house on the canal

Two of my brothers and an old friend came down to the c&d canal trail for a long weekend and a lot of bicycle riding. This house was right on the trail. A great house with great views. We were also within walking distance of a very good seafood restaurant. It was a perfect weekend. As far as the house it had everything we needed. We wanted for nothing. When we arrived at the house there was chocolates and snacks waiting for us as well as beers and sodas in the fridge with a note to help ourselves. We have been going on bike trips since 2013 and we all agreed we have never stayed in a nicer house. We also agreed we have never dealt with a nicer more attentive person than Jane (house manager) she was amazing.
