The residence is a part of a complex, which consists of independent similar houses. The independent unit is in the ground floor of a two storey building. It lies in an amphitheatrical spot with splendid view. In an altitude of 300 meters the residence is overlooking the Aegean Sea, having a Western oriented view with center point the island of Makronissos which extends beyond the Temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounio until the islands of Aigina and Salamina. It is built in accordance to the precepts of the local architecture and blends seamlessly into the Cycladic surroundings.
The residence covers a total area of 66 s.m., in a single level in a plot of 500 s.m.
It encompasses the kitchen and the living room with the fireplace in one area plus two bedrooms, one separate bathroom and a usefull store room.
It is suitable for up to 4 guests.
The residence is fully equipped with internal and external furniture and the plot is formed with grass,typical Greek plants and trees.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui io e la mia famiglia l’ultima settimana di Giugno... siamo stati benissimo. La casa è inserita in un bellissimo complesso residenziale di villette tutto è molto curato con tanto verde e fiori. Noi avevamo l’appartamento al piano terra con giardino che abbiamo sfruttato molto dato la vista meravigliosa!!! L’interno della casa è curato e arredato in modo piacevole e moderno, c’è praticamente tutto ciò di cui possiate aver bisogno. Alfredo è un ottimo padrone di casa gentile e disponibile sin dalla prenotazione, ci ha accolti benissimo dandoci ottimi suggerimenti! Anche la posizione è ottima sia per l’arrivo che per i vari spostamenti! Ottima scelta per una bellissima vacanza

AMAZING!!

One of my best stay ever! The owner is the best host you can ever dream of. He was so helpful from things you need in the house to places you must see in the island. The house was in perfect shape as good as new, very well entertained and so perfect to live in. I almost wished I could buy it off of him to have it as my own summer house! The view really is astonishing! You cannot regret going there!! The only reason I am not going back this year are friend matter. Wedding somewhere else. But I will go back next year!!

The Perfect Holiday

The Red Lobster is a beautiful and fully equipped residence in a stunning rural location, high on a hilltop with great sea views. The owners, Alfredos and his brother Constantine, could not have been more helpful upon our arrival and throughout our stay, recommending places to visit, including local beaches and excellent restaurants nearby. Alfredos' property is an ideal place to be based as it is a 20 minute drive up rural roads from the port and not far from the hilltop town of Ioulis . The roads are steep and somewhat rugged to the property, however if you drive carefully they are negotiable even in a small hire car. Kea is a lovely island and remains relatively unscarred by modern tourism and the Red Lobster is an ideal place to be based to discover what it has to offer. We will be back.
