A cozy completely renovated cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, sunroom, office, in quiet beach community. One bedroom on main level, one in loft. New appliances, w/d, Wi-Fi, heat, hardwood floors, lots of skylights, ceiling fans. Exercise space in basement. Beautiful private yard with deck, patios, inground saltwater pool (closed for season at this time), outdoor shower, and pool house. Minutes drive to Port Jefferson and Stony Brook Villages, min walk to beach (LI Sound). 60 miles from Manhattan, close to East End wineries and Fire Island.

Beautiful Cottage near the beach!

We had a lovely stay at Kat's Cottage. It was spotless and well appointed with every amenity you could think of. She thought of everything. We only wish we could have enjoyed the time here during the warmer months to take advantage of the pool and the proximity to the beach. Kat was always easy to reach and was able to answer all questions quickly. We highly recommend her lovely home if you ever have a need to be in this part of Long Island. Thanks a million Kat!
