Welcome to Lakin’ It Easy, a charming lakefront property located on Williamstown Lake. As you head down the stairs onto the back deck, you will immediately notice the gorgeous water views and quickly begin to unwind. Upon entering the house you'll find an open concept living area with a sectional and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped to gather and prepare meals. Beyond the kitchen is a full bath with walk in shower. A small laundry area with a full size washer and dryer unit is beyond the bathroom. Take the stairs up to the open family room and its fabulous views of the lake! The large open area offers a small seating area for watching TV, 2 twin beds, and an additional loft with a queen size bed. There are two bedrooms off of the family room. One has a king bed and the other has a queen. The queen bedroom has an exterior door that leads out to the driveway for easy unloading and loading of vehicles. A half bath joins the two bedrooms in the middle. Both bedrooms and the loft have brand new Roku TVs for streaming your favorite subscription services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. The loft also has a dvd player and a Nintendo Wii. There's also a shelf full of board games, cards, puzzles, etc. to keep you enjoying your vacation even on a rainy day!

Enjoy morning coffee with the most gorgeous view on the two-tiered deck or grill up a feast on the gas grill provided. Meander down to the dock, which has a large covered deck area. It's a great place to relax with a cold beverage and watch the boats go by in the summer or do a little dock fishing. Feel free to use our 4 adult kayaks or 2 stand up paddle boards. The dock has a second level for extra room or for those who like to lay in the sun.

This is such a cozy and comfortable lake home, a great place to relax and enjoy a family or friends getaway. You'll want to return again and again!

*We have high speed fiberoptic internet inside the house and the connection has proven to be very strong and reliable.
*The property requires stairs both inside and outside and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Please review our pictures provided and take notice of the stairs.
*4 adult kayaks and 2 SUPS are provided.
*Guests are responsible for their own life jackets. We may have extras available for use.
*Owners boats may be docked at the rental but are not for rental use.
