Studio contains 2 pleather reclining chairs enjoy some rest or comfortably work on your computer. Kitchen features the following appliances: fridge, toaster oven, countertop burner, microwave/convection, as well as a Keurig for coffee. Studio does not have an oven or a dishwasher. Perfect & Peaceful

Luxury in a studio! Everything we needed was already there, if not, Krissy was 1text or 1call away. I enjoyed the electric recliners, heated bathroom floor, the treadmill for a little exercise & the decor that just gave the serenity & coziness! My teenage granddaughter loved it & the laundry Shute! She wanted to chill out there rather than going out with friends. I will return if I’m even close to that area & would definitely recommend to others that are looking for cleanliness, luxury, peace & serenity! Thank You Krissy for the hospitality & kiss your hubby that remodeled everything so nicely!

Great location, perfect for my stay!

I attended a women’s retreat during my stay in Charlotte. The owners of this property were friendly, helpful and had great communication! The studio was charming, clean, spacious and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

Perfect little get away.

This property was perfect for what we needed it for. It was close to some amazing restaurants and and easy drive to the speedway. They had heated floors in the bathroom and even a laundry shoot to a private room with a washer and dryer. The hosts were amazing and continued to check in and make sure we had everything. I would definitely stay here again if we ever head back down to for more races. 💙

My neighborhood is in close vicinity of the city & minutes away from 485. It features large lots with friendly neighbors. It is perfect for a evening stroll or if you are more ambitious a one mile walk through the neighborhood brings to you a back entrance to trails at Purser Hulsey Park.

What makes this property unique

My property is on a 1.25 acre lot set back from the street. The studio is above a detached garage set away from the main house. In the warmer month the trees surround the entire property to give a secluded feel. Looking outside the back studio window has views of trees and a stream. Do not be surprised if a cat or a chicken comes up to greet you during the day.
