Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Didn't happen

We were told a few days beforehand that the place we booked 5 months prior was not available as the current guests were staying longer than expected. We were told that another similar property was available, but then that was cancelled the day we were supposed to check in. Had to spend 2 hours on the phone while driving to our destination trying to get accommodations and not knowing where we were going to stay when we arrived.
