The only part of the house you won’t have access to is the owners closet in bedroom 3 (two twin size beds). The rest of the house is all yours.

The neighborhood is one of the best on Lake Sinclair. You’re right in the middle of the action, on and off the lake. It’s the perfect place for family walks or biking. Since Mays rd is on a peninsula you’ll have great views on both sides of the road.

Great Rental/Location on Lake Sinclair

This property was nicely located to both Milledgeville and Eatonton. It was well decorated, comfortable and contained everything we needed for a great stay. Communication was prompt and easy.. We brought our boat and the dock worked well. Would definitely recommend!

Cute place with great service and convenience

This place was exactly what we were looking for to visit friends and family for a few days. Kitchen had all the basics with a few extra things for added convenience. Decor was fresh and inviting. Beds were good for a rental and tvs in all bedrooms made happy kids (and parents) for settling in at night. My guys really enjoyed fishing off the dock and we all had a relaxing evening around the fire pit. Location was super convenient to everywhere we traveled in middle GA. The only reason I gave 4 stars on location was parking was limited and on the street (but near the end of the road so it wasn’t horrible). Also, the road was a bit crowded at times with all the landscape trucks parked in the road. Plus I am always cautious of all “perfect” reviews but truly everything else we encountered was minor and probably related to the time of the year more than anything. We could not have asked for a more responsive host. We found this place searching the site (so no connections) but will always check its availability first when returning for visits.
