The first floor of Waves boasts a guest bedroom furnished with a king bed, complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas offer a seamless flow and overlook the inviting pool. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with premium appliances, including 2 Fisher & Paykel refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 5-burner gas cooktop. The island with seating for 3 provides a cozy spot for casual conversations. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living area showcases two wrap-around sofas facing a 65" Roku TV, creating the perfect spot for relaxation.
